Mile A Day challenge

In conjunction with Lighthouse Therapy Group we are holding MADJanuary to look after our mental health and wellbeing and it won’t cost you anything but energy.

For every day in January you agree to walk the minimum of 1 mile a day.    If you can do more, brilliant or if walking isn’t your thing then cycle, run, swim or join a gym or exercise class.  Why not give it a go – sign up here
