Your support means everything. However, brain tumours do not just affect individuals, they touch whole families and communities across the North East. From Newcastle and Gateshead to Sunderland, Durham and Northumberland, thousands of people are living with the uncertainty and daily challenges that follow a brain tumour diagnosis. With your help, we can change that locally and beyond.

In fact, every donation to our brain tumour charity helps us run awareness in the region, offer emotional and practical support to local families, and advocate for faster diagnoses and better treatments. Whether you give £2 or £20, your generosity helps us reach more people across Tyne and Wear and County Durham, provide clearer resources, and push for the change patients and carers urgently need.

Ultimately, you are not just giving money. Above all, you are giving hope, strength, and the reassurance that no one in the North East has to face this alone.

These symptoms can have many other causes, so experiencing them does not necessarily mean you have a brain tumour. New, persistent or worsening symptoms should be discussed with a GP.

Begin with our Help & Advice hub for simple steps, coping tips, and signposts to support groups. If you’re unsure, for example, about next steps, contact us and we’ll guide you.
